Purchase Conditions

1.1. Product error:

1000autoparts reserves the right to cancel orders for any type of error that may contain the products it markets, issuing the corresponding refund as soon as possible.

Any physical defect that the product itself or its packaging may have or any erroneous product information in the corresponding online sales platform, is considered an error.

Common errors: incorrect stock or incorrect price.

1.2. Cancellation of orders

If your order is not yet in the preparation phase, we will do our best to manage its cancellation. If the preparation process has already started, it will not be possible to proceed with the cancellation.

Send an E-mail to info@1000autoparts.com with the subject "Cancel + Order Number" and explain in the message which product of the order you wish to cancel, or if you wish to cancel the entire order.

If cancellation is not possible and you do not wish to keep the product, you must receive it and then request a refund by sending an e-mail to info@1000autoparts.com indicating in the subject "Return + Order Number".

1.3. Refusal on receipt of the order

In the case that the distributor delivers your package and you refuse it, once it arrives back at our facilities we will only refund the amount corresponding to the value paid for the product. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

1000autoparts grants a 1 year warranty from the date of the purchase invoice, provided that the replacements are carried out in an authorized workshop (the invoice of the work carried out must be presented).

The warranty applies when the purchased part has been installed in the corresponding vehicle and after a period of correct operation, it stops working or breaks down.

2.1. For control units and electronic components, it is not possible to offer warranty, due to the fact that, on many occasions, once installed in the vehicle, they become unusable due to the generation of underlying short circuits.

2.2. Workmanship is excluded from the warranty in all cases.

2.3. 1000autoparts is only obliged to deliver the product sold in exchange for the agreed price, without, in any case, be required to pay the costs of assembly, repairs, coding, deposit or immobilization of the vehicle, compensation, expenses arising from the crane transport of the damaged vehicle, etc., or any other contingency arising from the sale or use made by the customer of the part purchased.

2.4. If the part is within the warranty period and it is defective, we will offer you another one, and in case we do not have it in stock, we will refund you the amount of the purchase invoice.

2.5. The engine is understood as the elements composed of the cylinder head, the block and the crankcase, as well as its inner working parts, excluding from the warranty the accessory parts attached to the engine, such as the injection pump, the turbo and the external parts that are mounted on the engine, the injector body, injectors, glow plugs, spark plugs, belts, sleeves, distributor and ignition coils, water pump, intake and exhaust manifolds, different radiators, depressor, fan, different sensors and electrical installations, or any other part not listed and which is not considered an inherent part of the engine.

Sometimes, it is impossible to know exactly what maintenance operations have been carried out on the engine and if these operations have been carried out under the conditions foreseen by the manufacturer, so it is necessary to fit a complete distribution kit () (timing belt, tensioner, bearings, water pump, thermostat and accessory belt) () For the effectiveness of the warranty it is necessary to prove that the timing kit has been changed by an authorized workshop. Otherwise the warranty will be invalidated.

Our engines have a THERMAL FUSE to measure possible overheating due to MISUSE. Any manipulation of the fuse or any seal on the engine voids the warranty.

2.6. The notification of any incident related to the warranty of the purchased item, must be written, by sending an email to info@1000autoparts.com. You must indicate the order number, as well as the name of the article.

1000autoparts reserves the right to request the buyer, photos, videos, diagnosis machine checks, or any other evidence necessary to certify the failure or breakdown of the purchased goods, and thus be able to exercise the rights inherent in the coverage of the warranty.

3.1. Defective item

The buyer has 30 calendar days, counting from the date of the initial purchase invoice, to notify any defect in the goods received, according to art. 71 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16.

It will have to be notified in a written format, sending an E-mail to info@1000autoparts.com. You must indicate the order number, as well as the name of the article.

1000autoparts will have the right to ask the buyer for photographs, videos, diagnosis machine verifications, or any other necessary proof to certify the defect of the acquired item, and thus to be able to manage the incidence.

The solution will be to send another item to replace the defective one, or refund the buyer the amount paid on the purchase invoice.

1000autoparts reserves the right to pick up the defective part at the same address that the buyer has indicated for shipment, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days. 1000autoparts will send a transport label to the buyer, in order to proceed with the return.

This must be delivered to the carrier in its original packaging, both internal (bubble wrap, corrugated cardboard, etc.) and external.

3.2. Withdrawal

The buyer has 30 calendar days to communicate the right of withdrawal, counting from the date of the purchase invoice.

This can be communicated by sending an E-mail to info@1000autoparts.com, indicating the order number and the product name.

From the date on which you communicate that you withdraw from the purchase, you have 14 days to return the purchased item. The transport costs derived from the return will be borne by the buyer.

The return address will be indicated by 1000 autoparts to the buyer.

The item must be delivered to the carrier in its original packaging, both internal (bubble wrap, corrugated cardboard, etc.) and external. It must arrive at our facilities in the same condition in which it was sent. Otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the return.

Once the item has been received in our warehouse, and the relevant checks have been carried out, we will proceed to refund the amount of the product (shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will not be refunded).

The time to receive the refund will depend on the selected payment method. In any case it may range between 3 and 10 days after it is executed.

3.3. Exceptions

Returns of the following products will not be accepted:

-Defective products due to improper handling, improper use, negligence, overloading, abandonment, current instability, power surges, faulty installations or assemblies, and other external causes that are not attributable to the manufacture and quality of the part.

-Products that have been repaired or handled by unqualified personnel.

-Products that have been repaired or manipulated without 1000autoparts consent.

-For a correct traceability of the product, all our pieces are marked with our own marks, seals and engravings. If these seals or marks suffer any damage or alteration in which a manipulation of the spare parts is detected, these will lose the warranty, as well as the right to be returned.

Any damage or incident attributable to an incorrect handling by the transport company, which can be detected during the delivery of the article by the carrier to the buyer, must be notified by the buyer to the email info@1000autoparts.com, within a maximum period of 24 hours from the delivery of the article. Photos of the external and internal packaging must be provided, as well as photos of the item showing the damage claimed. Otherwise, the claim will not be accepted.

These General Conditions are governed by Spanish legislation. The parties submit, for the resolution of conflicts that may arise, to the courts and tribunals of Pontevedra.
